    • “Exceeded our high expectations!”

    • “It's just a lovely property. Great care and attention to detail has gone into the recent refurbishment of this spacious Victorian Doctor's family home and it shows. It is an easy 10 minute walk into the centre of Andover (with plenty of shops, restaurants pubs etc.). However the location is in a very quiet cul de sac and the rear garden is totally private. On arrival we were greeted by Janet who asked us to let her know later if there was anything, however minor, which she should provide for subsequent guests. Try as we might we failed - we had everything we could wish for. It is a very comfortable family home and does not feel at all like a holiday let!”

    • “Gordon's House was everything as stated in the advertisement and more. A very spacious, clean and fully equipped house where we spent two lovely weeks. The owner of the house made us very welcome and greeted us upon arrival. The house was so central and in walking distance to public transportation, shopping, etc. The manuals in the house with all the needed instructions on how to use all appliances was very helpful, as was the guide of places to see and things to do. I cannot recommend this house enough and will definitely book again. Thank you very much.”

    Mrs Tucker, Highland, March 2015

The house is immaculate and has the perfect balance between a much loved family home with history and it was a comfortable base we felt was our own for a week. It is furnished with taste and thought for guests' comfort and was warm and luxurious. Thank you for a splendid week. We would love to return.”

    • “The house was a perfect place to stay and relax after a long day in our training in Andover. The house is just 5 minutes walk from the shops and the town centre.”

    Mrs Natra, Hunstanton, November 2014

    • “We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday at Gordon's House. The homemade cake and package of groceries was especially welcoming after our long flight. The house itself was bigger than we anticipated. We had plenty of room to relax and enjoy ourselves in the sitting rooms, and the children loved running around in the garden. Gordon's House was close enough to local establishments that we could walk to get groceries and to the pubs for meals. We hope to return to Gordon's House in the future, and have recommended it to our friends for their travels next year.”
