A 19th century detached barn conversion, situated within the grounds of the owner's 28 acre smallholding, in a rural location between Peterchurch and Abbey Dore, 10 miles from Hay-on-Wye. Located within the beautiful Golden Valley amidst scenic Herefordshire countryside, this charming cottage successfully combines character with modern furnishings, boasting exposed beams, trusses and views of the valley below from the lovely en-suite bedroom, a delightful woodburner in the sitting room and a great outside paddock area, ideal for taking in the stunning mountain scenery. The whole area provides great walking and cycling opportunities with both the Offa's Dyke Pathway and the wonderful Wye Valley within easy reach, whilst the beautiful Brecon Beacons National Park and the delights of neighbouring Shropshire, Worcestershire and the Cotswolds are all within easy driving distance.
