This superb Herefordshire cottage offers spacious accommodation, comprising a main house and an additional annexe accessed via a separate, external entrance, with eleven bedrooms in total, eight with en-suites. Guests have access to several sitting rooms, one with a woodburner, a large dining room in the main house which seats 24, a sun room and a magnificent farmhouse-style kitchen/diner. The private 1.5 acre formal garden offers informal seating, a trampoline and a swing, as well as a BBQ area overlooking the delightful mature garden and orchard. Across the courtyard, you can relax and unwind in the inviting spa, with a heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi and even a gym area for the more energetic. This outstanding Herefordshire cottage also has use of a games room with pool table. With fabulous access to outstanding walks and cycle routes in every direction, this Herefordshire cottage makes a delightful retreat, and is the perfect place for a get-together with family and friends.

Note: Up until 18th January 2013 this property will sleep 19/24, with 7 bedrooms & a double sofa bed in the main house & 2 bedrooms & a double sofa bed in the annexe. From 18th January 2013 both double sofabeds will be removed and replaced by ground floor double bedrooms in the annexe, so the property will sleep 23/24 with 7 bedrooms in the main house and 4 bedrooms in the annexe.
