Just six miles away is the UK’s loveliest medieval town of Ludlow, famous for its 13th century castle, wonderful shops, pubs, restaurants and its renowned festivals. There is plenty to see in the area and we were lucky to have the Ludlow Food Festival and the Herefordshire Artist Trail on whilst we were there. Ludlow is particularly attractive and the villagers of Orleton were very friendly. Our accommodation was very comfortable, well designed and in pretty surroundings.
