At the southernmost tip of the Isle of Wight, Niton is a charming village, offering an excellent selection of shops including a mini supermarket, pharmacy, butcher’s, and a Post Office as well as two pubs, both serving good food and ales. Just a mile away is Blackgang Chine, 40 acres of lovely clifftop gardens, featuring numerous attractions, live shows, and rides for all ages. There are superb walks and scenic views to be had along the nearby coastal path, which stretches for 60 miles around the Island. Travelling 4 miles takes you to the delightful Victorian resort of Ventnor, well known for its mild climate and sandy beaches.

Within the vicinity of this Niton cottage, you can walk the coastal path, explore Blackgang Chine or take the scenic coastal drive towards Freshwater Bay. The cottage was the perfect base for us as a family especially with two children, aged 4 and 2. We were all very comfortable there and had everything we needed, as well as the village and all its facilities. Nothing was ever too far away and we couldn't have asked for much more. Even the weather was great! A perfect location for our holiday on the Isle of Wight and whenever we go back there it will be with Sykes "2 Brooklyn Cottages". Highly recommend.

2 Brooklyn Cottages was spotlessly clean and the owners had gone to a great deal of trouble to make our stay an enjoyable one. We found teabags and milk for that all important first cup of tea. The garden was beautifully maintained and wonderful to sit in. We really enjoyed returning to Brooklyn Cottage at the end of each day!

Lovely cottage, extremely well equipped and very comfortable. Lovely self contained garden. Very handy shop located only a few seconds walk away. Also pub, post office and great cafe/tea room very close by.
