At the southernmost tip of the Isle of Wight, Niton is a charming village, offering an excellent selection of shops including a mini supermarket, pharmacy, butcher’s, and a Post Office as well as two pubs, both serving good food and ales. Just a mile away is Blackgang Chine, 40 acres of lovely clifftop gardens, featuring numerous attractions, live shows, and rides for all ages. There are superb walks and scenic views to be had along the nearby coastal path, which stretches for 60 miles around the Island. Travelling 4 miles takes you to the delightful Victorian resort of Ventnor, well known for its mild climate and sandy beaches.

Niton 0.5 miles. A delightful terraced chalet, set in an elevated position within a peaceful, landscaped garden setting, alongside 27 other similar properties just half a mile from Niton. This cosy well-equipped chalet is pleasantly decorated and furnished, with an open plan living area, and enjoys views over woodland and towards the sea. The chalet makes an ideal base from which to explore the coastal path, just yards away, as well as being well placed for visiting Blackgang Chine, the Victorian resort of Ventnor and the rest of the Island.
All ground floor One double bedroom with en-suite ‘wet room’ shower room with shower, basin & WC. Small dressing room. Open plan living area with fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Views towards woodland with glimpses of the sea.
