The Property

Located on the edge of the pretty seaside village of Ballinskelligs in County Kerry is this spacious, detached holiday cottage. Benefiting from a selection of single, double and twin bedrooms, many with sea views, this Ballinskelligs cottage offers flexible sleeping accommodation for friends, families, or perhaps even two groups wishing to holiday together. The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, though if you fancy a night off from cooking, the local pub and cafe are within walking distance. Watersports are popular in the area with opportunities for fishing, surfing and swimming available locally while a beautiful, sandy Blue Flag beach is just a short stroll from your Ballinskelligs cottage. The Skellig Ring, a spectacular coastal driving route taking in parts of Valentia Island is on your doorstep and a visit to the 7th century monastery on Skellig Michael is a must. Walkers and climbers will enjoy exploring the surrounding hills and mountains while one of the highest points accessible in Ireland by road is nearby and offers stunning panoramic views of The Skellig Rocks, Valentia Island and even as far as Slea Head on the Dingle Peninsula. The Ring of Kerry is just a short distance away, but whether you choose to indulge in a scenic drive or simply relax in the sun while the kids play in the large enclosed garden at your Ballinskelligs cottage, you won’t regret visiting this beautiful part of the Emerald Isle.
