The property

43 Station Road is a lovely three-storey Georgian townhouse with bohemian-style décor and a relaxed feel.

The property is situated on a leafy street by the park and river, and is just a short stroll to either Lake Derwentwater or Keswick market square, which is home to many shops, bars and restaurants. On the ground floor, guests will find a well-equipped kitchen with a charming conservatory diner, ideal for enjoying meals with family and friends, as well as a cosy sitting room for unwinding after a day of exploring. The first floor offers two spacious king-size bedrooms and a modern bathroom with shower.

On the second floor, a third king-size bedroom awaits, complete with its own private bathroom and shower for added comfort and privacy. All of the bedrooms are beautifully light and airy, featuring large windows that frame delightful side views of the majestic Lakeland mountains – the perfect backdrop to your stay. Guests have full, private use of the entire townhouse, with access through the front door.

While the property includes a lovely front garden, we kindly ask guests to note that there are no designated outdoor seating areas, as we try to ensure a peaceful and respectful environment for our neighbours.

The rear patio is used only as an access point to a separate lower apartment. The property, however, is just moments away from stunning outdoor spaces!

Less than 100 metres away is a beautiful, expansive park featuring recreational areas, tennis courts, a bowling green, rich natural scenery, and a peaceful river that winds through it.

For walking, running or cycling, the old railway line to Threlkeld is a local favourite.

And if you’re up for a hike, the base of Latrigg – a gateway to a variety of breathtaking trails – is just a 10-minute walk away. All pets are welcome, with plenty of walks nearby!

Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £300.
