Guest Reviews

    • “For 18 adults there was plenty of space, facilities and equipment for everyone. All had a comfortable week, helped by the excellent weather.”

    Mr Langston, Southampton, April 2015

    • “We had a really great time as a family away. Would recommend this to other "big families" as there was plenty of space for children and adults alike. The games room became a second home for some of the children and the lounge with the log fire a second home for some of the older members of the family! We would stay here again.”

    Mr Harvey, Liverpool, January 2015

    • “The situation of the property was beautiful and the Lake District a lovely county. Because of the company and the amazing area we were in we had a very good weeks holiday.”

    Mrs Metcalfe, Poole, October 2014

    • “It is a splendid family house. This is the 2nd time members of our family have booked this cottage and we all have said we would do it again sometime.”

    Mrs Tomlinson, Oldham, September 2014

    • “A huge house, full of character, with enough room for everyone in our extended family. Massive supplies of kitchen crockery, dishes, utensils and cutlery were provided. The owner was very friendly and helpful in solving a problem that occurred during our stay. The pool table in the basement was much enjoyed by the young ones.”

Mr Maughan, Newcastle Upon Tyne, August 2014

    • “It was wonderful to have a house in such a good location which could accommodate 20 members of our family so comfortably.”

    Mrs Hope-jones, Peterborough, May 2014
