A comfortable cottage in a superb location - very warm and welcoming after days spent fell walking. The use of the boats was an added bonus and made the holiday special, especially for the youngsters. We would all love to return next year!

Amazing holiday! Being in the centre of the Lake District with amazing views as soon as you wake up. We were able to let the kids run around and play outside safe in the knowledge that your on your own private property and are as safe as can be. We will definitely return!
Mr Lucas, Grimsby, October 2011
The cottage was fabulous. We took my elderly parents with us, so the downstairs bedroom and bathroom were excellent. The setting of the cottage was second to none. The lake is a two minute walk from the door through the lovely garden and we spent lots of time sitting by the lake in the peace and quiet - perfect. There is so much wildlife to see from the veranda too; woodpeckers came every day, baby rabbits, squirrels and many more. This is definitely one to return to in the not too distant future, a wonderful holiday.
