Great location and great accommodation too. It was lovely to be able to walk around the farm and see the animals. Good base to explore the Lake District. A well equipped and well looked after property. Very friendly owners and the kids loved being able to feed the cows too!

Thank you to our hosts for a lovely cottage. We all enjoyed our stay. The children particularly liked waking up to see the cows outside our door. The cottage is ideal for touring the lakes, Ingleton and Kirkby Lonsdale. We hope to be back again soon.

The owners were first class hosts and the setting was absolutely beautiful. We could not have wished for a more enjoyable holiday.
Mr Medler, Great Yarmouth, September 2011
this cottage is on a working farm, it was lovely waking up to the cows mooing and sheep baaing right outside the cottage. The owners are excellent hosts and very helpful. I've never felt so relaxed after a weeks holiday. The location is fabulous, excellent for exploring the Lakes and the Dales and is so peaceful, and great for the dog too.
