This property is so well equipped. The views are beautiful, and there are so many places to visit.

Mrs Darani, Peterborough, October 2013

The cottage made the holiday. It was spotless and very homely.

Mrs Harrison, Doncaster, September 2013

Sammy's House is by the far the best equipped house we have ever stayed in. Everything had been thought of. We were very warm and comfortable, and it was a lovely place to return to after a long day in frequent wet and cold weather!

Mr Hartley, Southport, September 2013

Sammy's House was really welcoming, spotlessly clean and well furnished. The beds were comfortable, there is a shower room on the ground floor and a bathroom upstairs near the bedrooms. It's in an ideal location near the centre of the village with a private parking space at the back and it offered great views of the surrounding countryside. There are plenty of shops, pubs and cafes in the village and it's easy to travel around the north east and the Lake District from there. We hope to go again.

Mr Hodson, Hull, May 2013
