Enjoyed the peaceful location. Cottage clean, warm and comfortable. Enclosed rear garden. Only a few minutes drive to local shops. Local pub (approx. 1.5 miles) served meals in the evenings. Excellent bakers in Hexham. Recommend morning coffee at nearby Langley Castle. Wallington Hall about 35 minutes drive away worth a visit.

Mrs Catterall, Bolton, November 2013

Great location for exploring the area. Warm and relaxing cottage with excellent quality beds and showers.

Mrs Jeffery, Cupar, October 2013

We love this cottage, it feels like our second home as we return to it every year, we love both the feeling of isolation and the fact that it is so close to Hadrians Wall World Heritage Site. The owners are kind and very generous with their time if needed.

Mrs Clifton, Spalding, August 2013

Lovely quiet location. Very dog friendly.

Mr Knagg, Barnsley, June 2013
