A lovely place with lovely people. Couldn't fault the location or the cottage at all, only wished we'd been able stay longer.

Miss Walsh, WIGAN, March 2014

We experienced no problem with traffic noise, the house is well insulated. A well renovated traditional cottage with all mod-cons. 20 steps to the supermarket for morning bread and milk, 40 steps to the newsagent for a breakfast newspaper, and a friendly little café for the morning cappuccino practically next door. Of course for anyone who likes nature the walks from Middleton are varied and spectacular. We were there to visit family, and will certainly re-book the cottage in the future.

Mrs Swinbank, November 2013

The cottage was very comfortable and cosy.

Mrs Jerath, Altrincham, October 2013

Well appointed warm and comfortable. Excellent shower which is a real bonus after a day in the rain. It was a ideally situated for exploring the area, and adjacent to local shops.
