The bright and airy lounge at this Coniston cottage commands awe-inspiring views of Wetherlam and the Langdale Pikes and has character beams and a wood burning stove - perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine in the evening. From the stable door in the kitchen, you can observe the daily farm activities and get to meet the friendly farm dogs, whilst outside there is a patio area at the front and from the rear you can take in the breathtaking views and scenery as you sit on the picnic bench and cook your dinner on the barbecue. With walking and mountain biking available from the door of this Coniston cottage, as well as many other water based activities available on Coniston Water, this is a perfect destination for those wishing to enjoy the Lake District.
