This Allithwaite cottage offers a sitting room with woodburning stove, a first class kitchen, two delightful bedrooms, one en-suite, a modern bathroom and timber floors throughout. Outside, a lovely decked area with private hot tub provides that little bit of extra luxury. Enjoy a relaxing afternoon amongst the beautiful woodland, with rare trees and wild flowers in abundance, or alternately take a pleasant stroll down to the coast, venture inland along one of the many nearby footpaths, or visit one of the local pubs for a refreshing drink. This Allithwaite cottage is an ideal holiday location for couples and small families to get away from it all and enjoy this quiet, unspoilt corner of the Lake District. The Lake District National Park, Lakeland Motor Museum, the old village of Cartmel and the pleasant Victorian seaside resort of Grange-over-Sands are all within easy reach, making this Allithwaite cottage a superb base.

Peace and quiet, good location. Lots to visit in the area and a local pub which is very welcoming and serves good pub grub. The hot tub is fantastic as is the log burner
