  • "Beautiful holiday home."

My 7 year old loved her mini home. Well equipped, beautifully decorated the pictures do not do it justice. Incredibly warm even without the heaters on. The only down side was the bed in the double room as it was more of a queen size and my elderly parents found there wasn't enough room but understand space is limited. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property.

Thanks for the lovely feedback. This chalet was incredibly well insulated whilst being fully refurbished and it really helps both in winter and summer. You are welcome back anytime. Property Owner

  • "I had a most enjoyable stay at this chalet."

It was modern, clean and comfortable. Excellent location on a quiet area of the site, which suited me well. Eateries and bar, with some entertainment within a few hundred yards, and bus stop outside. Approximately a 10 minute walk to the nearest unspoiled beach. One very minor criticism, the bedding of flannelette was too warm and shabby looking, and the pillows were rather old and flat, which spoiled what would otherwise be a perfect holiday home and highly recommended. A parasol is definitely needed as the sun is on the decking all day, but the heat this week made it impossible to sit there for any length of time. Thank you.

Many thanks for the kind feedback. I am glad that you have a good time in our fully refurbished chalet. We have replaced all of the pillows after your feedback. The brushed cotton bedding will all be replaced at the end of the season. You are welcome back anytime. Property Owner

  • "We had a good holiday, the chalet was as it looked in the pictures."

But we found the beds to be too small and the biggest problem was you couldn't have the cooker the washing machine and the shower on at the same time, as it blew the fuse. Apart from that we had a very relaxing time. It would have helped if the owner would have left contact details.

Thank you for the feedback. Beds are all standard size. The electricity supply to all chalets has a limit and it states in the welcome book that you should try not to use all high amperage appliances together. Contact should always first be made to Sykes as the management company and if they cannot deal with the issue, they will contact us. Good to hear that you had a relaxing time and enjoyed your stay. • "We had a lovely stay."

Clean and comfortable everything you needed was in the Chalet. Location was good, WiFi wasn't the best but no problem to us. We would recommend you to others and looking to book next year.

  • "Property on the small side."

Double bed very small as are the bunk beds.We had to use the sofa bed as double bed very small for two normal sized adults. The kitchen is very poorly equipped with no kitchen towels no egg cups and only one glass jug.No spare toilet rolls and no spare rubbish bags and no way of recycling anything.Location very good with great bus service into Skegness and good pub/club opposite. We enjoyed our holiday but will not. return.

Thank you for the feedback and I am sorry to hear that you were not happy with the property. For clarity the bunk beds are both full 3ft singles, recycling bins are provided in the bin storage area and all of the chalets on the park are identically sized. As a self-catering holiday we provide toilet rolls to cover for when you arrive and until you are able to provide your own. We do not keep a full supply for the duration of the holiday, as this is the guests responsibility. Property Owner

  • "We really enjoyed our stay, although it wasn't situated where we thought it was going to be, but it had the bonus of being in a quiet area."

It's layout and furnishings were brilliant, the only issue we had was the size of the double? bed, it seemed like a small double, and the bedding could have been compatible with the weather, flannelette duvet cover and pillowcases at this time were not needed. These were minor issues in what had been a very enjoyable stay. Would definitely stay here again in the future

Thank you for the feedback. Glad you enjoyed your stay and we take your points on board. Welcome back anytime. Property Owner

  • "Wow what a beautiful property!"

This chalet has been renovated to a very high standard. No expense spared here and the attention to detail is impressive. We were told we were the first to rent this property and will definitely rent again. Great location with great facilities nearby. There is a great addition inside the chalet which is a washing machine which I think will be handy for families. We used it several times and did our washing while we were there so when we got home, we hardly had any washing to do. Only thing we thought was missing was an iron and board. I went to reception and asked if they hired them out and they don’t. They contacted the owner, and by the end of the day, the lovely cleaner, Clare was here with a new iron and board. Now that’s great service! I was very impressed. If I had to be picky, the only thing I would say that would be handy is a contact number to put into the welcome book in case if any queries.

Thank you so much for the lovely feedback. We have tried to make this feel like a real home from home and it sounds like we have achieved that. Welcome back anytime! Property Owner
