Guest Reviews

    • “Our hosts were friendly and very helpful. The accommodation was all we could have asked for and the provision for private entry to the property was appreciated.”

Mr Kirkley, Newcastle Upon Tyne, June 2015

    • “A lovely cottage with quiet surroundings. We would recommend it to anyone.”

Mr Elliott, Isle Of Bute, March 2015

    • “Excellent property with good hosts. Wi Fi worked great, heating was good and it was not too far to travel to a major town for shopping. Also, not far off a major road network but far enough to make it quiet. Nice seating area outside the property but as it was December we did not use this.”

    Mr Cosgrove, Pontyclun, December 2014

    • “A beautiful home and a family that simply couldn't have done any more to make our stay any more enjoyable. Superb.”

    Mr Jones, Maldon, September 2014

    • “An outstanding property, beautifully decorated and tastefully furnished. The owners have thought of everything you could need to have a lovely relaxing holiday. Little touches like fresh flowers, milk and butter all make you feel welcome. The family are lovely, friendly and helpful. The owner is the consummate host and is always on hand for advice on where to eat or where to go. We only wish we could have stayed longer - the owner and her family felt like friends by the time we left and we can't wait to return.”

    Mr Brophy, Rochdale, September 2014

    • “The property was clean and in excellent condition therefore it felt like we were in our own home. It was quiet and peaceful but there was a lot to do. The children really enjoyed themselves and the owner of the property made us feel really welcome. I would definitely go again.”

    Mr Belfiore, London, August 2014

    • “We have stayed in many cottages around England, and this one was the best so far! You could not ask for a better or more personable hostess and family. Everything was perfectly clean and fresh and the place was better than described. All of the special touches that have gone into the experience are much appreciated and we will definitely be back!”

    Mrs Dunn, August 2014

    • “Quite simply, a fantastic property. All the concerns you have when travelling away from home were instantly lifted on arrival, not only by the property itself, but the thoughtfulness of the owners. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, nor recommend to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in the area. A huge thank you from all the family.”

Mr O' Donnell, Haddington, July 2014
