Location: Long Sutton

Wisbech 9 miles; Holbeach 5 miles; King's Lynn 14 miles.

The charming small market town of Long Sutton is situated in south-east Lincolnshire, close to the borders of Cambridgeshire and Norfolk. The town is full of beautiful buildings including St Mary's Church, which dates from c.1170 and boasts the highest wooden spire in the country, and also some fine examples of Georgian architecture. The busy street market is every Friday with stalls run by local traders. The butterfly and wildlife park, which was voted Lincolnshire's Family Attraction of the Year in recent years, and which features an impressive tropical house filled with hundreds of butterflies, is only a short drive away and is well worth a visit. Ideally located for exploring Lincolnshire, Cambridgeshire and Norfolk, this is a great base for a varied and enjoyable holiday.

Previous visitors' comments about Fen Hide:

Fen Hide is a superb property - beautifully furnished and maintained. The best holiday property we have ever used. I think it is quite worthy of four stars.
Mrs Oaten, Carlisle, April 2013

Our second visit to Fen Hide and, as before, we found it to be an excellent base for exploring the Lincolnshire Fens. The property itself is extremely clean, cosy and quiet. The owners could not have been more helpful and they have provided lots of information on the area with maps and outlined walks, etc. We can recommend Fen Hide without hesitation and look forward to returning sometime in the future.
Mr Hambly, Bath, December 2012

We always enjoy holidaying here. Lovely bungalow, plenty of places to visit and very relaxing.
Mrs Worsley, Burnley, October 2012

The accommodation was first class. It was very comfortable and thoughtfully equipped. The garden was perfect for our two young boys - fully enclosed and very safe. The local amenities were excellent and there was plenty to do in the surrounding area. The owners were lovely and very welcoming. We will definitely look to stay at Fen Hide again in the future.
