Bishop’s Castle 1 mile. A delightful holiday cottage situated in a wonderful rural position in the small village of Colebatch. The market town of Bishop's Castle is only 1 mile away and offers a good range of shops and amenities. The cottage is approached by a private road and the owners personally welcome visitors and live in the adjoining 300 year old cottage. The Firs offers superb, well equipped very comfortable and spacious accommodation. A particular feature is the sunny garden with open views across picturesque countryside.

One spacious bedroom with double and single bed. Additional small single put-up bed in sitting room. Modern bathroom with bath, handbasin, WC and separate shower cubicle. Well equipped fitted kitchen with dining area. Delightful sitting room with woodburning stove, patio doors and superb rural views.
Note: There is now a small single put up bed in the sitting room in place of the bed settee.
Full oil central heating and additional heating from woodburning stove. Electric hob and double oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, colour TV etc. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Sunny secure garden with garden furniture. Ample off road parking. Up to 3 well behaved pets welcome. Sorry no smoking. Pub and shop 1 mile. Note: This property is suitable for a maximum of 2 adults and 1 child under 14 yrs. Note: All visiting pets must have been treated for fleas in the last month and wormed in the last 3 months.
