The property

Builth Wells 2 miles. This rustic cottage is attached to The Prince Llewelyn restaurant, which lies in Climery, just 2 miles south of Builth Wells. This cosy building is perfect for a couple looking to enjoy a weekend away in the country and do so in a well-furnished modern cottage. The ground floor includes an all-in-one living, dining and kitchen area, perfect for that short trip away from home, but with access to all of the comforts you would expect; including a flat-screen TV, DVDs and a well-cushioned sofa to relax and watch it on. Upstairs, guests find a large comfy double bed that dominates the room; and with 2 small windows that face the front of the property and also the garden; you get plenty of light to fill the space. A nicely refurbished bathroom is attached to the bedroom and is perfect for cleaning up after a long day hiking in the Brecon Beacons. It is possible to take children and the landlords are able to make available a travel cot and highchair if necessary. There is a small garden area with a bench out the front of the property, and the adjoining restaurant has a garden seating area outside that is equipped with an enclosed children’s play area. In the evenings, you can make the short 2-mile trip to Builth Wells where you can enjoy the local shops and pubs; or alternatively, just head next door and enjoy lunch or dinner in The Prince’s restaurant. Most visitors choose this region due to the beautiful landscape and abundance of walking opportunities available. Walk along the Elan Valley, explore the Brecon Beacons, or choose to visit in June and attend the Royal Welsh Showground; this is the perfect way to escape your hectic lifestyle and unwind in the country.
