Two delightful stone-built character cottages set on a working livestock farm, just two miles from the beautiful sandy beaches of the north west Wales coastline and six miles from the town of Harlech. Both of these Harlech cottages have an abundance of character with Caerffynnon dating back over 100 years and Bwthyn Caerffynnon dating back over 400 years, and both are sure to give you a flavour of a traditional Welsh cottage. Providing welcoming and comfortable accommodation, these Harlech holiday cottages are ideal for a couple, families or friends who wish to enjoy the pleasant countryside surroundings. The village of Dyffryn Ardudwy is only a mile away, plus close by is the town of Harlech with its stunning 13th century castle and renowned golf course. National Cycle Route 8, Lôn Las Cymru, passes within 300 metres of these lovely cottages, while the Rhinogs, a rugged mountain range, are within a mile, and provide great terrain for keen walkers. Free fishing can be enjoyed on a mile stretch of the Nantcol River, and there is also free parking to the popular Nantcol Waterfalls in Llanbedr. Porthmadog's steam railway is just a short drive away, while Talyllyn's is a little further. Barmouth is also within easy reach from these two lovely Wales cottages, and the breathtaking Snowdonia National Park is well worth a visit.
