Three delightful barn conversions set in the owners' large grounds and surrounded by countryside, outside the village of Talgarreg and just over 8 miles from the popular coastal town of New Quay. Retaining many character features, each cottage has a private patio area with furniture and barbecue, where you can enjoy lovely rural views. They also share a very large grassed area with football net, swing and climbing frame, perfect for little ones looking to stretch their legs! There is also shared use of a large games barn with basketball net, badminton, table tennis and small trikes, great for all ages to enjoy, whatever the weather. The cottages also offer secure cycle storage and outdoor wash facilities, perfect for cycling enthusiasts. Nearby New Quay has fabulous sandy beaches, plus the cottages are just a short drive from the main coastal road, opening up a myriad of days out in all directions. The pretty surrounding area offers a wonderful network of walking and cycling ways, and is close to the lovely Welsh coastline for fun-filled family days on the beach before enjoying relaxing evenings on the patio or in the games barn.
