Situated in a magnificent position between the mountains and the sea, the delightful small town of Harlech is dominated by its majestic 13th century castle. Previous visitors' comments about Bodlondeb:
The location of the cottage was excellent, and hearing the Welsh language, being spoken on a day to day basis, in shops and on the streets etc.
The friendliness of the North Walians.
So many historical sites to be visited. The drive through the heart of Wales with so much wonderful countryside to enjoy.
Mr David, Bridgend, October 2011
The raised patio area at Bodlondeb provided outstanding views of the beach, distant mountains and Harlech Castle. Located centrally to Harlech, Bodlondeb is only a couple of minutes walk away from the local, and it must be said welcoming, pubs, shops, cafes, restaurants and takeaways. 5 minutes walk along the main street brings you to a viewing area, providing a stunning opportunity to watch the sun setting on the horizon. Further afield, only an hours drive to Mount Snowdon and 20 minutes to Portmeirion. Leave the car at home and make use of a well connected, reasonably priced train service that takes in coastal and inland routes of incredible beauty. Bodlondeb is a very comfortable, well equipped, beautiful holiday home situated in an awe inspiring part of the country. We had a fantastic time and would like to thank the owners of Bodlondeb for providing such a wonderful base for our adventures in North Wales.

Excellent location of the property. Extremely well stocked house, finished to a very high standard, the owners have thought about every possible situation and they were just on the other end of the phone to help settle us in. We would definitely use this property again!
