This is our second visit to this property which was as equally enjoyable as the first. The property is very close to the centre of Llanbedr but as it is situated in a secluded valley it is quiet and peaceful. The owners are excellent hosts. The cottage is very well placed for access to beaches and whilst it is situated in Snowdonia the actual Snowdon range of mountains is only a 20 minute car journey away.

The property was well prepared and equipped for our stay. Plenty of local tourist material and information was available. All very tidy and in a lovely little village.

This was one of the best cottages we have ever stayed in! So well equipped and absolutely spotless. It is ideally located to access a number of local beauty spots and there are 2 great pubs within easy walking distance. The cottage is such a relaxing base with a comfortable conservatory from where you can watch the wildlife: various birds and squirrels. The owners live above, but we were never aware of their presence and they were incredibly helpful. Can't fault this cottage!
