  • "Absolutely superb - the cottage had everything you would need."

It was very well appointed, near to quite a few places of interest. Hosts Cheryl and Matt were most welcoming and friendly. I would certainly recommend this Cottage to anyone - first class in every way.

  • "The Hayloft was very warm and cosy for our week away with 3 generations."

The beds were super comfy, there was plenty of space and we had a great time exploring the area, including some recommendations from Cheryl who was really friendly. Our only downside was the knives & peeler need to be sharper, and more serving spoons would be useful.

The property is well equipped and clean and in a good location - although you definitely do need a car as there is not much within walking distance. The views are beautiful and its very quiet. There is so much to see within a short driving distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - thankyou.

Plenty of space and all you need for a home from home. We found lots of things to do in the area despite some things being closed as was the off season. We’d love to stay again!

The cottage was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped, we were lucky enough to have beautiful weather to enjoy sitting out in the courtyard garden most evenings. • "The property was beautiful and was fully equipped with everything that we needed."

It felt like hotel quality with the convenience of self catering. The owners were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble - this included driving out to help find my lost parents, so that they could follow them back to the cottage! The countryside setting is beautiful and there are lots of lovely places to visit, our favourite was Ellesmere.
