    “The Arch is a beautiful little ...”
    The Arch is a beautiful little cottage for two, having all the amenities needed for a simple week away. Incredibly peaceful location, with beautiful views from the bedroom and small garden, it was a joy to sit on the patio for a couple of hours simply watching the wind blow through the trees! We needed a really restful week, so stayed at "home" in the cottage for half the time we were visiting, and I couldn't think of a more comfy relaxing place to stay to recharge. The Arch is a charming detached stone cottage with exceptional character set in the grounds of the owner's home in the hamlet of Pant Glas near Oswestry.

This single-storey Oswestry cottage has one comfortable king-size double bedroom with open fire, where you can enjoy breakfast in bed whilst admiring the views across the meadow.

The well-equipped kitchen at this Oswestry cottage boasts stained glass windows and views of the garden, and the lovely sitting room has a feature antique woodburner and a hand crafted oak table and bench.

The rose-covered terrace with chiminea, and warm sun terrace both have delightful open views, ideal for soaking up the evening sun, or simply a place for relaxing and enjoying the surrounding wildlife and winding stream which runs in the field below.

Listed parkland surrounds this Oswestry cottage and provides wonderful walking in a beautiful historic landscape close to the Welsh border and Offa's Dyke Path.

The town of Oswestry has excellent restaurants and shops and there are many National Trust properties and castles in the area.

The popular World Heritage Site of Ironbridge and historic Shrewsbury and Chester are within easy reach and are well worth a visit.
