Take a trip on the narrow gauge railway from the nearby beautiful sandy beach at Fairbourne, to the sweeping sand dunes at Barmouth. A superb, detached, coastal cottage, located just 300 yards from the beach, on the outskirts of the village of Llwyngwril, close to the town of Dolgellau in North Wales. This delightful Llwyngwril cottage is bound to please with a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a through room taking you into the second sitting room. Both the kitchen and second sitting room are fitted with woodburning stoves for warmth and comfort, and together with the dining area they form the social hub of the house. The main sitting room across the hallway also benefits from a woodburning stove as well as stripped floorboards, giving it a homely, cosy feel. There are four good-sized bedrooms at this Llwyngwril cottage, comprising of two doubles to the front of the property, which boast sea views, and the double and twin to the rear offering lovely woodland views over the lawned garden. Overlooking the rear garden is a large conservatory that doubles as a delightful alternative dining area. The wonderful gardens with a large patio area are perfect for relaxing in and soaking up the sun, or enjoying an alfresco evening meal. Just across the road from this Llwyngwril cottage is a path that leads directly onto a peaceful, often deserted beach, providing a fantastic play area for young and old.
