The house & location are both fantastic.
Ms Owens, Lymm, March 2013

The accommodation was homely and very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and enjoyed cooking there. Good base for doing the tourist trail! The welcome pack was thoughtful - sweeties for children and wine for grown ups!
Mrs Woodward, Warwick, August 2012

3 day rooms including the conservatory meant enough space. Quiet location close to the sea. Cleanliness was excellent - there was no need to wash the crockery etc. before use as we usually do.
Mr Jackson, Glossop, July 2012

A fantastic location. Only minutes from the beach and a bridal path runs along the side of the house so it's an easy climb up the hill. Very friendly and helpful owner who left a welcome pack with essentials for our arrival. Lovely conservatory, safe garden for our very small children. We were two families with four small children and didn't feel like we were on top of each other. Exceeded my expectations!
