The Property

A stone-built detached barn conversion, situated on the owner’s 30 acre smallholding in the rural village of Bronaber, just 2 miles from the village of Trawsfynydd in the Snowdonia National Park. This is a wonderful Trawsfynydd cottage with a woodburner in the first floor open plan living accommodation and French doors onto a raised veranda providing views of the Rhinog Mountain Range. There are two ground floor bedrooms, both with en-suite shower rooms, providing accommodation for a small family or two couples who wish to explore this part of North Wales. A wonderful location for mountain biking enthusiasts and walkers as on the doorstep is the renowned Coed-y-Brenin Forest with its famous mountain biking trails. Enjoy the surrounding hill and mountain scenery, fishing in Trawsfynydd Lake, white water rafting, canoeing and the beautiful beaches at Porthmadog, Harlech and Barmouth.
