The ground floor has an open plan area with a well-equipped kitchen, as well as a cosy sitting area with a woodburning stove.
There is a spiral staircase leading you up to the bedroom, which can be a double or twin on request.
An enclosed garden allows you to enjoy the superb views of the surrounding mountains but also watch the antics of the chickens, pigs and guinea fowl that roam around the owner’s property.
Walk or cycle from your front door into Glen Esk or one of the other Angus Glens in the area.
The scenery in this fabulous part of Scotland also makes it the ideal venue for climbing, skiing, fishing and kayaking.
Explore at the Folk Museum along the glen, or enjoy a great day out visiting some of the surrounding towns and villages, such as Edzell, Ballater or Pitlochry.
