A friendly and clean village with excellent amenities. The cottage owner was very considerate and came to make sure we had everything we needed. A welcome whiskey and shortbread was a lovely surprise.

Tomintoul is a great base for touring both the north west and east of Scotland. The cottage was comfortable and the neighbours very friendly. Owner visited to ensure we had everything we needed and to ensure we knew how to control the heating.
