Previous visitors' comments about Rose Bay:
We were overwhelmed by the size and decor of Rose Bay - the accommodation suited our family of 11. We found that alot of thought had been put into the property and it had everything we needed - a real home-from-home feeling. Winterton is a favorite family retreat.
Mrs Chenery, Ipswich, December 2011
Loved this house and didn't want to leave! Delighted with the unexpected touch of Christmas trees, decorations and Christmas crackers. The kitchen is well appointed with plenty of work surfaces and cupboards, a pleasure to cook in. The size of the living room was fantastic, better than the photos. The central heating for the time of year was extremely efficient. Having two televisions was a bonus and loads of DVDs. The American fridge freezer with ice maker/crusher was a pleasure and fully utilized. So pleased there was a dishwasher. Glad to have the use of washing machine/tumble dryer, iron and vacuum etc. The double bedrooms were spacious and tastefully decorated. Tables and seating for our party of 10 adults was perfect. Local pub served excellent grub and very friendly staff, good friendly atmosphere.
