Easton is a small Norfolk village, just off the A47, seven miles west of the city of Norwich. There's a fine dining restaurant in the village, and plenty of choice for eating and drinking in neighbouring villages, particularly Marlingford and Bawburgh, which are a short drive away, as well as in Norwich itself. There are two golf courses a stone's throw from the village, and just ten miles to the west is the picturesque Mid Norfolk Railway, one of the UK's largest preserved railways. Norwich is a short drive away, with bustling shops and thriving nightspots, and in contrast, the rural countryside around Easton is ideal for a quiet walk. Also on the doorstep is the Norfolk Showground, which hosts a variety of events all year round including the annual Royal Norfolk Show.

The Property

A cosy, semi-detached property with a courtyard garden, in the quiet, rural Norfolk village of Easton. The cottage is well decorated and furnished to provide guests with a very cosy, comfortable bolthole, ideal for making the most of what the region has on offer. Easton has a restaurant and a shop, while the nearby villages have a range of pubs and restaurants, and the city of Norwich is just a few miles away, with its tea shops, restaurants, cathedral, 11th Century castle, market and the fabulous Theatre Royal. The heritage Mid Norfolk Railway is a short drive away at East Dereham, and also on the doorstep is the Norfolk Showground, hosting a variety of events including the annual Royal Norfolk Show. An ideal base for an enjoyable holiday.
