Set in a very quiet area with lovely views to the front and horses in the fields, the cottage was clean and welcoming when we arrived. It was very well equipped with a lovely conservatory, nice clean bed linen and towels and plenty of storage for clothes. The owner had taken a lot of time to put together an information pack which was extremely helpful. Hi-Fi, 3D TV and also use of WiFi.

Mrs Webster, Barnsley, March 2014

Lovely long walks when the weather was fine, and the cosy Keeper's Cottage where we could relax with a good book, or watch television, when it was raining.

Mrs Shears, St. Albans, September 2013

Loved the location. Nice wildlife in garden, selection of birds, including partridges, and some baby rabbits. Nice walks in woods very close to cottage including one through to the village of Beachamwell. Nice next door neighbours too! Over all suited us well. The owner is to be congratulated on all the information left in various folders. The housekeeper very good and helpful. All in all a very good property! Highly recommended.

Mr Hartless, Maryport, May 2013

The cottage was very comfortable and the lovely conservatory helped us to make the most of the sunshine.
