Clipped Hedge Cottages

Cromer 3 miles. Overlooking the countryside of Southrepps, these four cottages have been built with holidaymakers in mind, offering spacious, comfortable accommodation in an excellent location, ideal for exploring all the delights of the North Norfolk Coast and The Norfolk Broads. The cottages sit alongside each other, perfect for families or friends to holiday together, and are set in a lovely, quiet lane close to the centre of this popular, small village. Each cottage is well appointed and has the advantage of a partially-fenced garden to enjoy alfresco dining or a morning coffee. The location offers plenty to do on your doorstep, with quiet country lanes, coastal paths and footpaths linking you to rural and coastal villages; these cottages lend themselves well to walkers and cyclists alike, and each property has secure storage for cycles. Close by you can not only enjoy the wonderful beaches but also the Norfolk Broads, nature reserves, boat trips, golfing and National Trust properties such as Felbrigg Hall and Blickling Hall. The property

This comfortable detached cottage offers spacious accommodation for friends and families, on the edge of the traditional Norfolk village of Southrepps.

Walk through the well-equipped kitchen and you will enter the light, airy double aspect sitting room, with windows to the front overlooking the fields and a large bay window to the side.

The sitting room also has a lovely open fire to enjoy on cooler evenings.

There is a ground floor twin bedroom, and three upstairs bedrooms along with a bathroom and separate shower room.

Outside you can enjoy your own private garden area, which is ideal for eating out or enjoying a morning coffee while planning some of the many things you can do in this area.

The village of Southrepps lies just five miles south of Cromer near to the north Norfolk coast. The village boasts two shops and a popular pub. Overstrand village is just over three miles away and sits on the cliff top overlooking a large sandy beach. The popular seaside resort town of Cromer is just five miles from Southrepps and is world famous for Cromer crabs, a true delicacy. A couple of miles further up the coast is the genteel resort of Sheringham which acts as the terminus for the North Norfolk Steam Railway. A little further afield are the popular market towns of Holt and Aylsham, the cathedral city of Norwich and an abundance of wildlife and birdwatching opportunities.
