Excellent location, close to very good local shops and two pubs. Very central for exploring North Norfolk. Really good for dog owners, with enclosed garden and secluded walk just outside the property. We had a wonderful time visiting new places, like Felbrigg Hall, Blickling Hall, and Walsingham - all well worth seeing. We loved Holt and Sheringham, and thoroughly enjoyed a relaxed break in a very well-equipped holiday home.

Mrs Grantham, Ely, March 2014

Very clean and tidy. Beds very comfortable. Good for dog walking. Owners have tried to cover all requirements

Mr Nickoll, Maidstone, February 2014

Property was clean and comfortable, and was wanting for nothing. If we intended to return to Norfolk we would happily return to this property. Local shops only 2 minutes walk away (and supermarket in Holt only 4-5 miles). Easy access to North Norfolk coast and to Norwich. Safe walks for dog on local tracks from just outside the front door. Off road parking with secure courtyard style rear garden.

Mr Debbage, Chesterfield, September 2013

The cottage was very warm, welcoming and comfortable. All of the equipment was in good working order and easy to use, especially the TV.

Miss Mar-Gerrison, Corby, September 2013
