  • "Beautiful farm house, situated on a tranquil site with private lakes which are a few minutes walk from the house and perfect for a leisurely stroll."

The property has an upside down layout, the top floor is well proportioned, with a large, modern, well equipped kitchen and two through lounge’s which offer plenty of space for everyone. There is a smart TV and an array of dvds. There is also a large family bathroom, with separate shower and bath. Downstairs has four bedrooms, two large doubles and two twins, each room is clean and modern with plenty of storage, the main bedroom has a tv. There are also a shower room and a separate wc. The house doesn’t have a washing machine, but the laundrette is just outside the back door and there are plenty of machines and drying facilities. Approximately 1 mile from the town centre, we walked in every day and enjoyed a wander about the shops and beach. Some really nice places to eat & drink but they do get busy, especially ‘Crust’ a fab pizza place literally at the bottom of the road the house is situated on. Roughly a 20 minute drive to Pwllheli, lots of things to do there. Hosts were really nice and were available if needed. Highly recommend this lovely property and we would book again.

About the location

ABERSOCH

Pwllheli 6 miles.

The attractive harbour village of Abersoch is situated on the Llyn Peninsula in a region of Wales renowned for its outstanding scenery and varied walking. The village, situated between two glorious bays, is one of the most popular sailing venues in North Wales and important sailing regattas are held there throughout the summer months. Numerous shops cater for the tourist as well as pubs, restaurants and cafes. There are also opportunities for golfers as there is a course just outside the village and horse riding facilities are also available nearby. Watersports enthusiasts are also well catered for, particularly windsurfing, water skiing and dinghy sailing, not to mention renowned surfing at Port Neigwl (Hell’s Mouth). The long, sandy Abersoch Main Beach is probably the most popular beach in the area. There is a wonderful selection of beaches in the surrounding area of the Llyn Peninsula, including the beautiful and often quiet Porth Ceriad, with it's high cliffs, and sandy Porth Oer ("Whistling Sands"). Most of the coastline is owned by the National Trust and there are many remote bays, sandy beaches and cliffs, as well as wildlife havens like Bardsey Island to explore.
