Cosy cottage on a very quiet lane. Geese, hens, peacocks, cats, ducks etc. wandering free, so eggs are proper free range. Cottage was tastefully decorated for Xmas. We really enjoyed our stay. If taking dogs we would recommend taking towels to wipe their paws after walking. We would book again if going to this area.

The cottage was spacious and well equipped for our stay. Plenty of space for parking outside and the farm animals were a treat for our young son. This cottage is perfect for a peaceful getaway and is perfectly located for exploring North Wales, less than 20minutes from Llandudno, Conway and the A55, under an hour to Llanberris and so much within easy driving distance.

Wonderful single storey cottage, surrounded by brilliant farmland and animals. Bethin was a lovely, helpful and friendly lady and did everything to make our stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. It was worth the 7 and a half hour drive from our home on the south coast. Llandudno Bodnant gardens The great Orme etc. are within easy reach and there are lots of places to visit in North Wales itself. We had a bit of a crisis while staying there(nothing to do with our holiday cottage) but Bethan was 1st to offer assistance. Bethan is such a lovely lady and we would have no hesitation to go back in the future.

The cottage is in perfect location for visiting many local attractions, Bodnant Gardens is a must for anybody staying here, it's also not far from Anglesey, we had trip there too. • "What an amazing place!"

My family stayed in the main cottage and every day we would open the front door to Ducks, ducklings, Geese, Kittens, Goats, Peacocks and more! Basically you're staying on a farm and you open your front door to all the farm animals every moring! My favorites were Mittens the kitten (we named him holiday cat) and there was a little goat with a pot belly who we named Edward who loved a people and liked to be stroked! In the morning I would open the tap on the water tank outside our front door and the sound of the water would make the ducklings run over and drink and jump in the water trough! I recommend this place to anyone who like animals, it's nearly impossible to be anything but happy staying here! Also, thankyou to Bethan who runs things and was so nice to us whilst we were there, she brought out the really young kittens for everyone to see and is a great baker! She will bake you Welsh Cakes or a Victoria sponge to order and they were REALLY nice! To sum up, I was raised in Llandudno which is nearby and every year I return to visit family. I have been coming back to the area every year for 20 years and staying at various holiday homes but this one is BY FAR the best we have stayed at and I will be coming back again every year from now on as long as it's available.

The outside very poor.Thefront of the property was was covered in bird poo from peacock's ,ducks geese and chickens. There was a caravan at the back of the property which was dirty and. Damaged. Also torn and overgrown Polly tunnel. The outside furniture was poor and rusty, no way we could have used them. The whole outside was full of rubbish and overgrown. Very disappointed with this property.

The front doorstep is cleaned before your arrival, it might be wet, but we ensure this is clean for all guests, unfortunately we cannot control the wildlife. As for the back garden it has been mowed and for the furniture outside there is cushions inside for comfort. The caravan and greenhouse it is not actually on our holiday let so we believe you may have wondered into someone else's property. Kind regards, Mrs Jones. Property Owner

EGLWYSBACH

Conwy 8 miles; Llandudno 9 miles; Betws-y-Coed 12 miles.

The village of Eglwysbach is in the wonderful Conwy Valley, which is renowned for its beautiful countryside, scenic walks and the world famous Bodnant Gardens. Nearby Conwy, a World Heritage Site, is one of Britain's most unspoilt historic towns. A true medieval gem, the town is dominated by a splendid castle and completely enclosed by its well-preserved town walls - fortified with 21 towers and three gateways, the walls form an almost unbroken shield around the old town. There's plenty to enjoy in Conwy - the picturesque fishing harbour, National Trust's Aberconwy House, Britain's "smallest house" (worth an interesting, if quick, visit!) as well as the town's shops, pubs and restaurants. Close by are good beaches along the North Wales coast and excellent walking, mountain biking, canoeing, climbing and surfing in Snowdonia and the surrounding hills.
