Previous visitors' comments about Mayfield:
The property was very clean and comfortable and in a lovely location with wonderful views from every window. The garden was very well maintained and secluded enabling us to spend time there as we were fortunate to have good weather. The bed linen provided was of good quality and the bathroom towels soft and fluffy and of good quality. We thought the property and its location a real "gem" and are thinking about a return visit next spring.

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage, it was perfect for exploring the surrounding countryside. Plenty to see and do and we are considering going back next year as still lots more to see.
Mrs Ellis, Glenrothes, July 2010
Property very clean. Very peaceful location with excellent garden. 'The Yew Tree' in All Stretton and 'The Ragleth Inn' in Little Stretton both serve good food.
