Colwyn Bay 1.5 miles. A detached bungalow close to the owner’s farmhouse and created from on old farm building. Situated in the picturesque and peaceful Nant-Y-Glyn Valley but only a short drive from the coast and all of the amenities of Colwyn Bay. The property enjoys a sunny aspect and wonderful rural views across woodland and open farmland. Good walking country with walks on your doorstep! Comfortably furnished and well equipped to provide ideal holiday accommodation for exploring the whole of North Wales.
All ground floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x twin (2ft 6in beds). Three piece bathroom with shower over bath. Well-equipped kitchen. Pleasant sitting/dining room with patio door and superb views. Hall.

Duvets and pillows provided, linen hire available. Highchair available. Ample private parking. Use of large garden. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1.5 miles, pub 15 mins walk, pub with restaurant 3 miles, beach 1.5 miles.

Just had a lovely relaxing week visiting the beaches nearly everyday along with the other attractions that are all a short drive away. It was just perfect and had a swing and slide in the garden, fantastic for 4 and 6 year olds.
