  • "We had an enjoyable holiday."

The flat was what we wanted in a good position to travel around the area..lovely and warm all the facilities that you needed. A spectacular view of the sea and pelican island. 2 great cafe near by one that does a good take away. We went in November but would be even better in the holiday season. The host was a good communicator he explained all the need to know info about the access and details of th he flat..Great time.

  • "Beautiful apartment very clean & tidy."

Only down side was there were no black bin liners & only 1 spare under sink bin liner. And there was only a brush on a stick & no dish cloth so I didn’t feel as though I could wipe down the surfaces. I took my own tea towels but there was already one there along with washing up liquid so I wish I’d taken my own dish cloth too. Other than that it was a wonderful stay.

Great sea views and surrounding country side. Flat was very clean and comfortable and well equipped. The only thing we missed was a tumble dryer, which the documentation in the flat eludes to once being there. Also a larger fridge would be appreciated. Not for people with a fear of heights as the fire escape trip to the bins could be a challenge. We appreciated the range of games and books and would happily book to stay here again.

I think the details should state clearly it’s the top apartment and has 3 flights of stairs to climb Also it doesn’t state if towels are provided in the details but they are. These are minor points but should be made available. Otherwise this is a fabulous place to stay, the sea views are spectacular and it’s a joy to watch the sun go down over Anglesey. The beds were very comfortable and the whole apartment was very clean. We will definitely choose this place if we are back this way again.

  • "Just back from an absolutely fabulous stay at this sea front apartment just yards from the beach and with amazing sea views from its elevated position."

We had planned on doing a few more walks but we were just captivated by the views across to Puffin Island and Anglesey and the Great Orme so ended spending a lot of time just gazing out and catching up with our friends. The apartment itself is very spacious and well presented. The beds, duvets and pillows were extremely comfortable. A welcome touch was a welcome gift of Prosecco, milk and Welsh cakes, also cleaning products were provided so you don’t need to buy dishwasher tablets etc. The kitchen is excellently kitted out so we could not fault the apartment. Location-wise it’s super too with a brilliant flat walk along the Promenade. The nearby beach pavilion cafe is a minute walk away and offers a good range of food at very reasonable prices hence why it was always very popular. All in all we can highly recommend this apartment and we’ll definitely be back.

  • "Sea View apartment is a lovely holiday home, very spacious, well equipped and perfect for our family of four."

It would comfortably take six people as well. The views are simply amazing (especially from the room on the first floor, living room and big bedroom) and location in terms of proximity to the sea front and local amenities of Llanfairfechan, can’t be faulted. The promenade walks, beach and couple of little parks were great for young children. Parking wasn’t a problem and the Wi-Fi was good. Communication with the owner was great, Gary was spot on accommodating us. A nice gesture of a welcome pack was also appreciated. We’d certainly love to come back to the apartment in the future.

On street parking not a problem. Loved the walks along the promenade and beach. Very quiet. Apartment is spacious and the beds comfortable with lovely clean bedding. Plenty of hot water. Cleaning side of things could do with some improvement. We had a great stay. Good base to explore surrounding areas. Gary, the owner, couldn't do enough to help with advice about key collection and heating. Extremely helpful. Thank you Gary.

  • "We had a quiet weeks holiday in this apartment located right on the sea front."

The weather was fantastic, and the area was quite busy with visitors and people launching boats from the jetty there. However, there was no problem being able to park within a short distance from the gate. Most people used the car park next to the café. The beach is pebbly at the top, but after, lots of clean sand (apart from a very small amount of mud to the left of the jetty - which was great watching people find this out, too late...) The tide moves very quickly, but it feels a very safe beach as it is quite shallow all the way out. Also protected by Llandudno, Anglesey and Snowdonia... it was lovely to stand out in the water and admire the scenery. Several people remarked how the apartment was the best looking building on the sea front, and it is. Obviously, you have to put up with several flights of steps to get up to the accommodation, but they were okay a couple of times a day. You can lie in bed and see the sun go down (a shame the house on the corner just obscured the last bit of the sun but it kept the front rooms cooler). Overall, the building is quite nicely decorated, maybe a little sparsely furnished. Some parts probably could do with a refresh, but nothing major. We like to do most of our own cooking, which we managed for 6 people, but would possibly have preferred some extra pots and pans, and maybe a bigger freezer, but we did okay with the single oven, 4 ring electric hob and microwave. And a bigger bin / recycling unit to save so many trips down to the bins would have been useful. Overall, we booked the apartment for the location and the views. It absolutely nailed both those things. Incidentally, we were not bothered at all by the A55 or train line, you can occasionally hear the traffic, but very rarely.

  • "We had a lovely week here in Llanfairfechan and this flat was ideally located for a pleasant beach holiday."

This gorgeous location completely delivers on the sea views and it was a massive bonus having that view from the rooms, living room and kitchen. The flat itself is beautifully organised and furnished with everything a young family would require from a high chair to plastic utensils for those little hands which I found extremely useful. The beds were extremely comfortable with clean bedding and there were plenty of clean towels available. A couple of niggling issues : 1. There were plenty of dvds to watch but no DVD player within the tv. I think the defective one was sitting in the storage room and the replacement was a lesser version with no dvd input. It is advertised on the listing but did not deliver. 2. The little freezer in the hallway is very noisy at night and its right next to the master bedroom. I did struggle with it for a couple of nights. An alternative location would be ideal if possible. 3. In terms of cleanliness it was overall all was ok except some of the switches in the kitchen ( under the counter) had food smidges on them. Also the inside of the microwave had food splattered in it from the previous visit. 4. The overall deco of the place is slightly tired in that that family bathroom had paint chipping off in places, the room with twin beds had a piece of wall paper ripping off and some marks on the blue wall. Also noticed cracks in the kitchen and living room walls. Just a little DIY to clean these bits up would spruce the place up. 5. The room with en suite is lovely except the shutters do not hold in place when you try to open and attach to the clips on the walls. In terms of location this coastal town is lovely with a gorgeous beach and quiet feel. I would definitely recommend a quiet family holiday here.

We were given full instructions over a phone call and everything was well instructed in the apartment too. There was a welcome hamper waiting for us on arrival, which was such a treat to find after a long journey. The beds were so comfortable, the bath, shower and constant hot water was great and the location was just perfect. It catered for all of us, a quiet walk in the beach, the zip wires about 20 minutes away, we climbed Snowden and visited Aber Falls and Anglesey. It is newly refurbished, well equipped and extremely comfortable and gave us easy access to both Snowdonia and Anglesey.
