    Very enjoyable stay.

  • "The property was fine , Dianne excellent host."

From a personal point of view due to my walking difficulties I found the bed a bit low. Luckily there was one chair which was quite firm that I was able to use but these comments are purely personal but may assist other elderly couples if thinking of booking. Also although not far from local beach was down steep hill , although we didn't use local car park as still a fair walk across golf course , Area is not disabled friendly , however is only 7 miles to Pwllheli where there is a lovely beach , free car park in Embankment Rd with a toilet block , cafe and easy access over the dunes to the beach. If you are younger and fit this is a lovely property to book , quite area with local restaurant Clifton and local chippie.

Cozy place, with wonderful and friendly owners! Everything that needs to be available, even a bottle of wine was prudently left in the refrigerator, for which special thanks!

5 mins from beach with on the beach bar. 5 mins from friendly local pub. 2 mins from shop and local take away. Full use of garden. Diane & David just left us to it but are on hand if needed. Looking forward to next year already

  • "Spoilt by my first experience of Sykes’ properties at Ermisteds in Skipton which was great."

Beautifully, tastefully, furnished. Lliwedd needs a better bed and much better pillows. Dianne very helpful and welcoming. Brilliant shower. Property fitted my needs as I usually use YHA. But somewhat disappointing after excellence of Skipton stay. Will be using Sykes again- well organised helpful info.

There is no oven so you can forget about pizza. With the lifting of lockdown there are pubs and restaurants open.
