Within five minutes’ drive there are many attractions, castles, beaches, golf courses and the Snowdonia National Park. The local restaurants and inns provide an extensive range of cuisine. Apart from the accommodation, the Talhenbont Estate offers a lot more to visitors. There are woodland walks along a 1.5-mile stretch of river which runs over a series of waterfalls in a ravine. The river is a designated habitat for otters and offers salmon and sea trout fishing. Visitors are free to use an all-weather tennis court and outdoor chess for adults.
