The town has a range of interesting shops, inns and restaurants, and an historical Town Walk. An ideal location for touring all North and Mid Wales including the stunning Cambrian Bay Coast with the six-mile long Harlech beach, overlooked by its majestic medieval castle. With Llangollen nearby, a beautiful town offering stunning scenery, horse-drawn barges along the River Dee and NT properties, this is a truly wonderful part of Wales catering for all interests.

The Property

A lovely, mid-terrace cottage in Llandrillo near Bala, backing onto the Afon Ceidiog River, in the Cwm Pennant Valley. Furnished and decorated to a high standard, mixing character features with contemporary living, this pretty Llandrillo cottage is an ideal base for exploring Denbighshire and the Snowdonia National Park. The enclosed rear gravel garden of this Llandrillo cottage is safe for children, and ideal for sitting and listening to the river flowing past whilst enjoying a glass of wine in the summer months. The sitting room in this Llandrillo cottage provides a cosy warm retreat in the evenings, with added character from the exposed beams. Upstairs there is a king-size bedroom with feature fireplace and high ceiling, and a small twin room with views to the river. The kitchen is fully fitted with a Belfast sink and granite worktops, and there is also a stylish shower room. In the village close to this Llandrillo cottage there is a children’s playground, and a great bridge for playing “Pooh sticks” from. Nearby there is a High Rope activity centre, whilst a 3 mile bike ride will get you to the Dinam waterfalls, which are well worth a visit after rainfall. Near to this Llandrillo cottage, the Berwyn Mountain range is one of the many unspoilt areas of North Wales and provides superb scenery and walking and bike trails. A fantastic Llandrillo cottage, for a very memorable holiday.
