Llanrwst is a thriving market town which stands in the beautiful Conwy Valley, only four miles from picturesque Betws-y-Coed, known as the 'Gateway to Snowdonia' and which is North Wales' most popular inland resort. Surrounded by dense woodland and magnificent mountain country, this is a haven for walkers and outdoor enthusiasts alike. At Betws-y-Coed the River Conwy meets its three tributaries flowing from the west, and the beauty of the area is enhanced by cascading waterfalls, river pools and ancient bridges. Most famous of all are the magnificent Swallow Falls, situated where the Llugwy River hurls itself into a spectacular chasm. The village has shops, pubs, places to eat, miniature railway, a riverside golf course and the Woodland High Rope Activity Centre, and is home to The Snowdonia National Park Visitor Centre, as well as being the start of the beautiful Conwy Valley which leads to the coast and the lovely towns of Llandudno and Conwy.

The kitchen is a great size with all the equipment you would need for a holiday property, and a breakfast counter for casual dining. Outside there are front lawns for your exclusive use and a patio area with furniture and BBQ with private parking alongside. This cottage is situated only a 15 minute stroll from the centre of Llanrwst, and across the road from the National Trust Gwydir Forest, with its renowned mountain bike tracks and famous Gwydir Castle with its Grade I listed gardens. A superb Llanrwst cottage for romantic breaks, family holidays or a small group of friends, to get way from it all, any time of year.

The location right next to Snowdonia Park was great and in between Betws y Coed and Llanwrst was great. The owners were friendly and helpful.
