About the location

Malton

York 23 miles; Scarborough 14 miles.

Plenty of space. Nice and quiet. Clean and modern. Plenty of logs stacked for the fire. They had thought of everything.

Mrs Bartle, Sheffield, December 2013

The house had the wow factor. Everyone we met were very friendly and welcoming, and the swimming pool was brilliant. The walks and grounds and horses were an added bonus.

Mrs Ward, Doncaster, December 2013

The house was huge, well equipped, and had everything you could think of. The pool was great.

Miss Young, North Ferriby, November 2013

The house was superb! A real family friendly house. Accommodation was very large; great for large family get togethers. The pool was a welcome addition for the younger members of the family. Plenty of localised walking. Owner had provided plenty of tourist information, and the caretaker was extremely helpful. We have stayed in some lovely holiday homes over the years, but this one was exceptional.

Mrs Jackson, Walsall, October 2013
