Previous visitors' comments about Little Manor Farm Cottage:

The location made an excellent base and the owners were extremely welcoming and helpful, yet allowed us our privacy during our stay. We particularly loved the view of the racehorses going over the gallops from the kitchen window! A beautiful little holiday cottage and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others.
Miss McCorquodale, Harwich, September 2011

A quiet, country location with race horses and sheep close by. Well placed for touring the North Yorkshire Moors and Coast. A cosy retreat to return to at the end of the day.
Mr Thompson, Aylesbury, May 2011
