This small picturesque village is situated in the midst of some of Yorkshire's most beautiful scenery. Visit the historic city of Ripon, with its impressive cathedral, fascinating museums, quaint pubs, interesting shops, homely tea rooms and fine restaurants. With beautiful countryside to explore, and heritage houses and castles to visit, this is the perfect base for a romantic or relaxing break!

A lovely cottage, comfortable, warm and cozy. We liked the peace and quiet and had time to re-charge batteries.
Owners had provided basic provisions such as bread and butter and things like cling film, foil, cooking oil etc which was a big help.
