The scenic fishing village of Robin Hood’s Bay, with its quaint cobbled streets and dramatic rock formations is also nearby, whilst the historic town of Whitby, with is famous abbey, is just a 15 minute drive away. For those in search of peaceful walks, cycling and nature watching opportunities, the whole of the North York Moors is within easy reach making this an excellent holiday base for all the family.
