We liked the log and coal fire, swimming pool and the hot tub. Views were also good. Walking distance to the local pubs, Seamer was a nice village with easy access to beaches and surrounding areas.

Ms Padgett, Bradford, February 2014

Felt so at home - loved it all, the pool was lovely, warm, so relaxing and spotless as well. Fresh flowers and a local paper supplied on top of everything else. Really want to go back again to enjoy the area, patio and BBQ more.

Mrs Fenney, St. Helens, January 2014

Very comfortable accommodation especially the lounge. Excellent pool. Good access to dog walks, only short drive to dog friendly beach, walking distance to 2 dog friendly pubs. Good village supermarket.

Mrs Taft, Cottingham, December 2013

It was very comfortable and had everything we would need generally. The pool was lovely.

Ms Malkin, York, December 2013
